Just back from Easter break (=mid-sem break)... but i'm not energetic at all, i'm feeling tired and lazy...
but anw, i will update my Easter break trip soon... i mean soon.. haha..
but not sure how soon..
So, this is not a post to update my trip.. but please expect me to be very agitated...
话说, I went to Sydney during my mid-semester break, and came back to Brisbane by a so-called national airline, Qantas. and there goes my story...
I was sitting at the window seat of the very last row of the air craft, so really sitting at a corner. I was listening to my mp3, playing games on my flight-mode-phone and at the same time day dreaming..
haiz.. my mood wasn't good at that time, cz my holiday is ending soon and i'm going back to brisbane, meaning that i gotta pick up every work that i left over.. busy a!! cham a!!!!
anw, that's not that point.. so since i'm so engross in my own mood, and the air craft engine was quite noisy (i dunno why...), i did not realise the announcement asking all the passengers to switch off their electrical appliances.
Suddenly, a loud voice appear above me.. when i mean loud, it is.. cz i'm listening to my music and still i feel that it's a loud voice. I realised the loud voice came from a 空妈 (a middle aged air stewardess)...
"Didn't you listen the announcement to switch off all the electrical appliances? Switch it off now!"
I was so blur that time and memang SHOCK... 真的不在状况之内.. 无端端的....
so i switch my hp off lo! who knows everything does not stop here...
she continued pointing at my mp3 and shouted:
"what's that?" (noob! blind also know is mp3 la! it's not in a weird shape pun...)
but the lagi noob me go n answer her: "mp3.."
"switch it off now!"
she was standing there in a very irritating way, 手插着腰 , staring at me and continue shouting:
"you should have switch it off earlier, how can you still leave it on? ..."
i was stunned there, even after she left my seat...
After don't know how long, when i finally come out from my own world, i was thinking:
"她做么骂我 wo?"
then only i realised what was happening!!
THE AIR STEWARDESS WAS SHOUTING AT ME
IN FRONT OF EVERYONE!!!
just because i did not switch off my mp3... she did not even give any advice... can't she speak in a better and more polite way? she was scolding me leh!!!
walao eh!! 我委屈到啊.... 眼泪都快要流出来了....
already not in good mood, still wu duan duan kena scolded like this..
Is that the way Qantas treating their passengers? shouting me in front of evry1? it was so embarrassing, evry1 was looking at me lo... how can a crew treat a passenger in such a rude way? do they know what is good manners? politeness? service attitude?
Qantas leh! not budget airline lo.. i paid so much for the tix (though i bought the tix during their sales period and not that expensive la..) and in the end get such terrible experience... how can they treat customers like this? i feel so insulted!
难道看我小, 看我一个人, 看我呆呆酱的, 就可以欺负我的咩? 我从来从来没有想过会在飞机里面给空姐 (OK, 那是空妈) 骂的咯.... 还要趁我还没回神的时候.... 几坏啊!!!
那个空妈一定是有种族歧视的!! 不然就年龄歧视！！
虽然我好象有比较好欺负, 可是不代表我会任由你欺负的咯.... 凶我啊拿??? 还要在酱多人面前落我面!!!
Hng! 这口气怎样都下不了的啦.. 所以leh, 这件事在被我遗忘了几天后, 终于爆发了!! 昨晚send 了一封 email 给Qantas, 跟他们 complain 他们酱的服务态度... 不过还没有有回复.. 看他们怎样讲咯....
真是的... 堂堂一间 national airline, 代表着 Australia 的航空公司, 服务态度竟然比那些 budget airline 还要差.... 有没有搞错??? 他们不跟我道歉, 我就跟他们没完没了!!!!
然后啊．．． 还有一个空爸... we have refreshment and drinks half way during the flight... so there were 3 children, erm.. around 10-12 yo la.. then when they ask the 空爸 got what drinks, the 空爸 answered:
"don't ask me what drink i have, just tell me what drink you want!"
waseh! 嚣张到他啊！！ 不过serve 我的是空姐，所以没有发生在我身上．．．
see? what type of attitude they have la!!!! haiz.. disappointed!!

Just leave negative reviews on the review websites, let their image drop to the bottom. I heard some bad reviews about Qantas from somewhere, but not so much on the review websites yet.
guess after u leaving syd, ur suai yun come back again haha
