The last mid-sem break we went to Dream World, so according to our plan, each mid-sem break should visit one theme park, so v should visit all after 3 years. haha!

Anw, i really looking forward to go Movie World, because I feel so excited when i think that i can see Tweety, Bugs Bunny, Sylvester, Donald Duck and etc.. haha!

So in this fine weather day (which means the sun very bright and this is definitely not good for our skin..) we went to Movie World early in the morning, hoping to reach there when they open the entrance and be the 1st...

Obviously we failed to do so. too many people that arrived earlier than us..

See the Malaysia flag?? I have no idea why our Jalur Gemilang is doing there. Malaysia Boleh!!! Patriotic-nya~~

see the crowd?? it's just 10am, the entrance just opened.. everyone is just too enthusiastic!!

Finally, the Grand Archway (=entrance)!! We tried to ask a guy to take a picture for us but he refused with the reason his hands are full of things.. =P
Then finally a nice Caucasian offered his help!! *claps*

The buildings after entering the entrance:

Though Movie World only let me think of those cartoon characters, there are many thrill rides inside which are really scary.. Since i've paid for it, i have to try them so that my ticket is worthwhile, right? So let me introduce one by one, starting from the scariest one!!

1. Superman Escape

It's one of the latest rides in Movie World. A roller coaster with 760meters vertical climb followed by a weightless drops and several turns, so in conclusion, it makes u dizzy turning here and there without knowing where actually you are!

Without knowing how to write the word die but having the word brave on chest, we take this as our 1st ride..

See how berkobar-kobar we are?

Yo! i'm the Supergirl!!

The entrance

Curious how does the whole thing looks like? now see the picture!! See the BIG HIGH vertical rail? that's the sort of free fall part! the worst is, we were hanging up there before we were thrown down... i can't see anything up there, and i dare not look down also la! Scary scary~~

The one with red shirt at top right corner is me,
the one with big big big mouth..

Frankly, after all those rides, at the end of the day, i already forget the feeling of sitting on it.. maybe because it was my 1st ride and i just go up scream and scream then i already back to the land. Mr Kok who sat in front of me said that he just heard my screams throughout the whole ride.. hng! so what?? it's really scary la!!
don't believe? see the movie clip below and u will know!

the fact is i suffered sore throat after the ride! haiz... it's just my 1st ride leh!

2. Lethal Weapon

Of course this is not my 2nd ride!! But this is the 2nd scary ride in the theme park.
Our legs were hanging and only the body is secured.. This ride consists of drops, turnovers, side swingings and roll overs. I can even see my feet hanging out when it turned over. It's scary but it's fast!

3. Batwing Spaceshot

In short, it's a vertical free fall ride with a 60m tower. A vertical launch followed by a free fall drop is definitely breathtaking but not suitable for me. I'm too old to take free fall. Hehe. I just can't do it!

So..i just took some pictures of it.

Since we, which are Khai chin and me, are not taking that scary vertical thingy, we took some pictures around.

Batman Car (not knowing the name and version)

Batman Forever's Boat
(it's the actual boat used in the movie)

5, 4, 3, 2, 1..
*spksssss*
it's not the launch after '1' but the releasing of smoke (dry CO2 maybe?)
making people to feel nervous n without prepares, launch u up!!!

erm...in this picture, we can observe the legs of:
wei jien, frederick, shirin, chia yee, jerome and alice b.
(should be la!)

4. Batman Adventure - The Ride 2

It's something like motion master, in Batman version. Not really exciting and don't think that it's a thrill ride too, but what's interesting was their settings!

We were brought to the Wayne Manor library (shown below), Batcave and then to the machine which will bring us to the Gotham city. The Freeze, Catwoman and the Joker were attacking the city and our job was to assist Batman in saving the city.

Oh ya, another thing that we found interesting about this ride was... the staff that brought us along the settings was sooo handsome!! hehe..

5. Wild West Falls Adventure Rides
(Australian Biggest Ride)

This is a ride meant for you get WET!!! A 20m drop with the splashing of water.. my hair was drenched after the ride..

see how high the water splash?
the boat and it's passengers were there but was covered by water at that time...

We actually went for Lethal Weapon after this ride, my hair was wet when i sat the ride and was dry when i came down.. feel like being thrown into washing machine...

6. Scooby-Doo Spooky Coaster

Pictures took while we were in the waiting lounge of Spooky Castle:

The ride was out of my expectation!! We thought that it would be kinda fun ride instead of thrill ride, but it turned out to be a total thrill ride. We were thrown down backwards in a coaster car, and the height of the fall was too high compared to what i'd expected. However it was fun and bravo for the Spooky Castle settings..

After all those thrill rides, let's introduce some other fun and not-so-scary stuffs!

1. Bumper Cars

always fun if we played with gang of friends,
it's when u can knock other people's cars without the need to be responsible for it.

2. County Fair Fun 'n' Games

3. Shows
We went to a kids' show 'What's Up Rock?!' starred by Loonet Tunes' cartoon characters, including Bugs Bunny, Sylvester, Tweety, Taz, Daffy Duck and Marvin Martian.

Taz, Marvin Martian on screen and dancers

Another show we watched was Shrek 3 4D Adventure. (3D + motion)
The story was about Shrek trying to save her wife, Princess Fiona from the King.

4. Parade

They had a parade everyday when all the cartoon characters will be parade along the main street.

Elmer Fudd and Daffy Duck

Sylvester

Tweety

Scooby-Doo and Shaggy

Shrek

Catwoman

finally, the very yeng Batman!!!

5. There were many souvenirs shops that you can choose what u want to buy. For eg, Keychains, cups, shirts, caps and bags!
So have a look of the main street without the characters:

the big screen there was showing many shows, thrillers and introduction of rides

We did not have the time to explore the kids part as time did not allow us to do so. We were too rush, and most time spent on queuing up for the rides.

After going to both Dream World and Movie World, I personally think that MW is better and more fun than DW due to a few reasons:

1. DW has no Looney tunes cartoon characters that i like most, so MW better.
2. The rides in MW are newer compared to DW.
3. The rides in MW have storyline along the day but not in DW.
4. Actually both are the same in the aspect of the scary level of thrill rides.

Anw, i still get to buy some souvenirs though we were so rush. So just let me end my post with the picture of the souvenirs:

the golden bugs bunny statue that looks like a Golden Horse Statue is a magnet!
