Nah.. here comes my post regarding my winter trip.
In short, i went to Melbourne and Tasmania.
In details, just follow my posts ba!
Samantha, Mr housemate, wei jien and me arrived at Gold Coast airport in the evening, after mroe than an hour of bus and train..
As a responsible student, 诚实点就是怕死啦, four of us became the loyal fans of WHO and wore a mask in the departure hall. 
As the result, we were the only four organisms that wear a mask in the airport... as if we were the patients infected.. haiz..
Anw, we reached Melbourne Tullamarine Airport around 11.30pm and headed to our dear kind Mr Jeremy's house in the city. Out of my expectation, I saw Leon and Kumar too.. i thought they were aslept. 2 of them tumpang in jeremy's house too.. but they were going to Sydney on the next day, so just saw them once and that's it...
07/07/2009 - Mount Buller Skiing Tour
Wake up early in the morning, dont doubt me!! real early!! the bus will depart on 5.45am, u guess what time we need to wake up? obviously didnt get to sleep much also lo! The sky is dark when i sleep, and it's still dark when i wake up...
The dawn was cold and when i nearly fall asleep in the bus, we got a chance to walk around a small yet classic town.. i dont know the name of it.. i think 'yea'.. Yea is the name of the town....
the building behind is post office, classic hor?i know i sounds 'sua ba', but really din see such bldg in brisbane mah!
Finally after a long journey in bus, we reached our destination!! Mount Buller!!! We could see snow all over and the weather is COLD!!! it was -2 degree C!! my legs were shaking, my body was trembling... not forgetting to take pictures though..
After queuing up to get our skii equipments, finally we are on our way to the skiiing lesson.. ya, we took a 2hour lesson.. how to get there leh? hmmm...Ya, smart!! by cable car.. erm.. i mean chairlift! ya, a lift built by a chair... the scenery was so good! snow all over, exciting!! would be better if i'm not that cold..

在一次印证我没有体育细胞的事实, 当全部人都已经能够来去自如时, 我还在一头撞进我教练那厚实的胸膛... 换来他的冷汗和嘲笑... 让我晕倒算了!!! 结果是草草结束了我们的训练, 把我们丢进实战里咯!!!
当一个个同学英勇地闯下山再滚倒在雪地上时, 我终于找到我的勇气冲下山啦!! 反正又不是只有我死.... 结果永远不如人意... 人家都是在滑到山脚才滚, 我天才(天生蠢才)干地在山腰就滚了... 试问我可以怎样呢? haiz....
算了, 零下二度, 我竟然在留汗.. 不简单吧? 反正滑也滑了, 试也试了, 跌也跌了, 滚也滚了... 没有遗憾了啦!! 所以呢, 决定拍拍照就算了.. 知足常乐嘛.....
不中用, 至少还是能摆个 pose 拍照的...
运动过后, 我饿了!!!
挤吗? 当初 intec bus 有过之而无不及啦!这小 case 咯!

The trip departed from city in the afternoon, so we got sometime to walk around the city and met up with Sam's friend, Charlie (迟点会有他的照片, 哈哈) and Wei jien's friend, Kiki..
before we reached Philip Island, we stopped at a reservation centre which had kangaroos, peacocks, emu, koalas, alpacas and so on.

世风日下, 羊也戴耳环...but seems pitiful, it was forced to do so...
Scenery on the way to Philip island:
We stopped at the nobbies centre to have a look with the rock where used to have many nobbies on it...
Finally we reached Philip Island before it turned dark.
*history of philip island: it was named after the person who explored this island, and was called as Penguin Island once as they had more penguins than human in this island. this is obviously not true now... it's too commercialised..
*penguins: the penguins that we saw were Fairy Penguins, known as the smallest penguins in the world. The meximum height they can grow is 50cm. July-Nov would be their mating season, so more penguins will be landing during this peak seasons.
these penguins went out to the sea to seek for food, not only for themselves, but also their families. the female penguins will stay at home to look after the youngs while the male penguins will go out to the sea to seek for food. they will swallow the food and swim back to beach when the sky turned dark. Then they will feed their youngs and the females. Although the penguins were in small size, their beaks were sharp and we were warned not to touch them. besides, we can't take pictures too, as this will scared them and might destroy the eyes of penguins.

since we were not allowed to take pictures, no picture for penguins and therefore, here ends my 1st post.. they are more to come, and if i'm hardworking enough, one post per day. k? not promising..
one question: why are the penguins shaking left and right when they walk?

they have no knee and knee cap, so they can't bend their legs... do u believe?
if not, then why not walk without bending ur knees in front of mirror?
...

Hahaha!! As expected from JJ lo for rolling down>.< the only thing that surprised me is... JJ can wake up before 9am??

to yl: what expected la? u know how to ski meh? nothing to be surprised mah.. my 1st time of skiing wo! my ice-skating skill also not good la... =P
hng! of cz i can wake up la! my class evrdy not 8am jiu 9am... u thought i always so lazy de meh?
